Founded in 2003, International American University College of Medicine (IAUCOM) is located in the heart of the Caribbean Islands, in the southern district (Vieux Fort) of St. Lucia, West Indies (W.I.). The University is chartered and authorized by the Government of St. Lucia to confer various undergraduate and postgraduate degrees including the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.

IAUCOM offers a two year 90 credit hour Pre-Med program at Texas A&M University – Commerce, a premed plus 4 year MD program designed to produce physicians who qualify for licensure in the United States, Canada, India and other countries worldwide. Students are eligible to participate in clinical clerkship programs approved by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in teaching hospitals throughout the United States. IAU is approved by the Education Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), USA, listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED), approved by the WHO and listed in the WHO World Directory of Medical Schools. Students of IAUCOM can sit for the United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) and other licensing examinations such as the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examinations (MCCQE) and the United Kingdom's Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board Test (PLAB). IAUCOM holds affiliations with the University of Bedfordshire in London, the University of West Indies UWI – ROYTEC, and Walden University.

American University of St. Vincent School of Medicine (AUS) seeks to train future physicians to serve selflessly and humbly, while emphasizing strong medical ethics and appreciation of human worth and dignity. AUS offers a Basic Sciences, Clinical Sciences and Premed Program. The first four semesters of the Basic Sciences program is offered at the St. Vincent Campus and the fifth semester is in the US. The Clinical Sciences program encompasses the sixth through tenth semesters where students rotate through various medical specialties in cooperating teaching hospitals in the United States under the guidance of clinical faculty and general supervision of AUS the Dean of Clinical Sciences. Additionally AUS offers a two-year Pre-Med program providing students with all the college level courses required to enter medical schools in the USA & Canada.

AUS is chartered by the government of St. Vincent and Grenadines, listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED) and Avicenna Directories and recognized by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).

Established in 2012, Southwest Kingston University (SKU) was founded to provide accessible, distance education for healthcare related professions to a diverse population of adult learners to help them achieve their professional goals, attain strong leadership skills, and instill in them a sense of service to the local and global community. SKU offers an RN to Bachelor Science of Nursing program and an MBA in Healthcare Management, delivered 100% online. Southwest Kingston University is approved by the Louisiana State Board of Regents as a degree granting institution and is a member of the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE), Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD).

International University of Barbados is the latest venture of the group and will be situated in the island of Barbados. Barbados, the east most island in the West Indies, is recognized as the third oldest parliament in the world with uninterrupted parliamentary governance since 1639. United Nations ranked Barbados in the highest tier of the Human Development Index. Barbados boasts a sound and free education system with a literacy rate of 97 percent. Barbados, an attractive tourist destination, is easily accessible from North America and Europe with daily international flights. IUB is approved and chartered by the government of Barbados to operate as a full-fledged University.

British Royal University (BRU) is established by the Act of Cabinet of Saint Lucia in 2022. Along with the US Md model program currently followed in Caribbean countries, BRU was set to offer the British Model MBBS program. The Course leading to the Degree of MBBS has been in existence since 1956. BRU is following the MBBS curriculum with changes reflecting the many alterations that have taken place during the last fifty years.
