Mr. Manmadhan Nair, Chief Executive Officer of KGM Group is a highly successful entrepreneur having started his career as an attorney with the Bar Council of Kerala, India. He later completed his higher education in Management Information Systems from the University of North Texas in Dallas and joined the US retail giant JC Penny as a Project Manager. A leading community activist, Mr. Nair has been the President of the Federation of Kerala Associations of North America (FOKANA) and was the General Secretary of the National Federation of Indian Associations. Due to his continued contributions towards the Indian community in Dallas, TX he has also been appointed as the General Secretary of Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. His social contributions have earned him several awards and commemorations; a prime one in this regard is the ‘Dr. Williams S. Harris Memorial Gold Award’ for his remarkable effort in the Lions Sight and Tissue Foundation. Other honors include the FOKANA ‘Man of the Year’ award and the ‘Melvin Jones Fellowship Award’ from Lions Club.


In the year 2002, Mr. Nair established International American University, in 2011 American University of Saint Vincent (AUS), in the Caribbean island of Saint Vincentand the Grenadines and founded Southwest Kingston University in 2012 which offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MBA in Healthcare Management, entirely online. He is the President and CEO of all three of these institutions. Mr. Nair was honored with the opportunity of being the guest speaker at the first St. Lucia Investment Forum, and apart from achieving success within the realms of higher education, Mr. Nair is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and is the President of a chain of healthcare companies: Texas Senior Home Healthcare (USA), Atlas Home Healthcare Services (USA), Allied Home Healthcare Services (USA), American Healthcare Services (Trinidad) and  NuPeak Technologies (India). His network of businesses is known as the KGM Group.
